Ingredients
  

Baking Ingredients

  • 1 ⅓ cups quick cooking oats
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup raisins

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • ¼ cup skim milk
  • 2 each egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • nonstick cooking spray for greasing the pan

Baking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
  • Mix together oats, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and raisins. In a separate bowl mix together bananas, milk, egg whites, and vanilla. Beat all together.
  • Transfer to prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
  • Cool and cut into 36 bars. You may sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, if desired.
