- 3 tablespoons coffee granules
- 3 tablespoons hot water
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 shot brewed espresso
- 1 handful of ice
- to taste dairy-free milk
- Biscoff cookies (optional)
In a bowl, add in the coffee, hot water, and granulated sugar.
Whisk vigorously for around 5-8 minutes until thick and creamy, then set aside.
Fill a glass with ice, and pour over dairy-free milk. Fill the glass with how much milk you like.
Brew espresso and pour over the milk.
Spoon of coffee cream on top. Serve with a crumbled Biscoff cookie and cookie on the side.
