Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons coffee granules
  • 3 tablespoons hot water
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 shot brewed espresso
  • 1 handful of ice
  • to taste dairy-free milk
  • Biscoff cookies (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add in the coffee, hot water, and granulated sugar.
  • Whisk vigorously for around 5-8 minutes until thick and creamy, then set aside.
  • Fill a glass with ice, and pour over dairy-free milk. Fill the glass with how much milk you like.
  • Brew espresso and pour over the milk.
  • Spoon of coffee cream on top. Serve with a crumbled Biscoff cookie and cookie on the side.
