Ingredients
  

Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons dark soy sauce regular soy sauce can be used if needed
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Udon Stir Fry

  • a little bit of neutral oil
  • 2 cups stir fry veggies use a frozen stir fry veggie blend
  • 14 ounces udon noodles two 7-ounce packages

Finishing Touches

  • 1-2 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper add a lot

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Shake up all the sauce ingredients in a jar.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add a swish of oil. Add the noodles and enough sauce to coat. Stir-fry until nice and yummy.
  • Add the veggies and pour a little more sauce over everything. Toss it around for 2-3 minutes until the veggies are fork-tender.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the minced garlic and black pepper.

Notes

Make sure to adjust the amount of black pepper for kids if necessary.
