This garlic cream sauce combines rich flavors and pairs perfectly with pasta, steak, chicken, pork, or seafood.
Roasted garlic is wonderful in this cream sauce, and because it's much more subtle, you can use a whole bulb. It takes 1 hour to cook in the oven.
