prefer Wild Planet Foods Albacore or Skipjack, standard size, 5oz
Instructions
Preparation
In a blender, add in all the ingredients with the exception of the tuna and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
In a bowl, add in the drained tuna and use two forks to break it up into small pieces.
Pour about ¼ cup or more of the green goddess dressing over the tuna and mix well.
Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed and enjoy with chips, in a lettuce wrap or in a sandwich.
Notes
Great served with chips or in a sandwich.
