Ingredients
  

Fresh Herbs

  • ¼ cup chives
  • ¼ cup dill
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 1 cup basil

Other Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ unit shallot
  • cup high quality extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 unit lemon Juice from 1 lemon
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cans canned tuna prefer Wild Planet Foods Albacore or Skipjack, standard size, 5oz

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a blender, add in all the ingredients with the exception of the tuna and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
  • In a bowl, add in the drained tuna and use two forks to break it up into small pieces.
  • Pour about ¼ cup or more of the green goddess dressing over the tuna and mix well.
  • Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed and enjoy with chips, in a lettuce wrap or in a sandwich.

Notes

Great served with chips or in a sandwich.
