  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mirin (Japanese sweet wine)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic minced
